As an Authorized PSA Dealer, we manage placement with discipline. Many collectors submit to PSA based on hope. We submit based on insight by providing strategic guidance before grading fees are ever committed.

As an Authorized PSA Dealer, we pass our 15% dealer rate to our clients — no upcharges.
Our Approach
Every item is evaluated before it is submitted to PSA.
We assess surface condition, structural integrity, print characteristics, overall measurements and market context to determine whether grading supports the item’s value profile. We select the appropriate PSA tier based on realistic valuation — reducing unnecessary fees and exposure to avoidable upcharges.
During intake, each item is reviewed and photographed for documentation. When appropriate, a light, non-invasive dry surface cleaning may be performed using archival-safe methods to remove loose surface debris prior to grading.
Our approach is disciplined, market-aware, and grounded in preservation standards.
Process & Accountability
Each item accepted into The Safe House is logged, documented, and tracked under Meatball Mafia LLC from intake through return.
Submissions are prepared in accordance with PSA requirements, securely stored while in our custody, and shipped with appropriate protection and insurance. Timelines are monitored to ensure items move within PSA’s published standards.
Clients receive confirmation of submission, grading progress updates, and return tracking. Accountability is built into every stage.
